FL FANS is Florida’s premier conference for nutrition professionals attracting attendees from across the nation. Educational sessions are built on emerging research, practical applications, technology innovations, leadership and social media trends. All areas of food and nutrition are represented including, food service, clinical and community practice, school nutrition, wellness, private practice and business and industry. There is time allotted for networking and visiting the exhibits to learn about new products and services. FL FANS maintains full control of the program content, speaker selection and moderators. Topics must be evidence-based and free of commercial bias. Presentations that focus on products or programs will not be considered. If selected, speakers must sign a Disclosure Statement identifying any commercial support of their presentation.
